All products sold by ARTPLUSLOVE are made to order using print-on-demand technology. We partner exclusively with Gelato for the production and fulfilment of all orders. This means every item is printed and dispatched specifically for you — reducing waste and lowering our carbon footprint compared to traditional centralised shipping methods.

Production & Processing Times Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced before it is dispatched. Production times may vary slightly during busy periods.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • European Union: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • United States: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days after dispatch

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Providers Gelato works with 40+ shipping partners worldwide, including Royal Mail, FedEx, and DHL. The shipping provider assigned to your order is determined by your delivery country, selected shipping method, and package weight. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

International Duties & Taxes For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Delays & Disruptions Whilst we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to them.
